Is this about investing in property?
No. The partnership is about building a property business: sourcing deals for investors and controlling properties through rent-to-rent and serviced accommodation. You don't need to buy property yourself to make money from it.
How much does the partnership cost?
The partnership requires a minimum starting investment of £5,000, and payment plans are available. We'll go through the full investment on your call, so you can decide with all the numbers in front of you.
Do I need property experience?
No. Many of our partners came from completely different careers, including a former electrical contractor, a window salesman and two former teachers. What matters is that you're commercially minded, coachable and ready to implement.
Will you do it all for me?
No. We build the systems with you, including your CRM and website, give you the training, coaching and access to investors, and work alongside you for 12 months. You run the business. If you're looking for someone to do it all for you, this isn't the right fit.
What support do I get?
You get the complete training portal, coaching calls with the coaching team, weekly live mentoring with Alasdair every Tuesday at 7pm, and support on hand within 24 hours.
Who will buy my deals?
The UK Deal Exchange is the connection between Alasdair's clients and Alasdair's investors. When you've found a deal that stacks up, you can present it to investors who are actively looking to buy.
How much time do I need to commit?
This is a business, not a passive investment, so you'll need to put consistent time in every week. On your call we'll talk through your current commitments and what's realistic for you.
What happens on the call?
It's an honest fit assessment. We'll look at where you are now, your capital and your goals, walk you through how the partnership works and the investment, and answer your questions. If it isn't the right fit, we'll tell you. No pressure.
