The Market has changed drastically over the last few years
Property sourcing today is still the FASTEST way entrepreneurs can build income in property. You don't need to own or control the asset, you simply find, secure and pass the asset to an investor who is already looking to add to their portfolio
Step 1
You secure great property investment opportunities in your chosen area. You arrange the viewing, take care of inspecting the property and the post viewing due diligence and analysis of the deal in preparation for an investor
Step 2
You present your deal to an investor who has is already shopping for deals and walk them through your analysis of the deal. The investor can then purchases the deal from you to add to their business.

No. It's about building a property sourcing business. You find and package deals for investors and get paid a fee. You don't need to buy property yourself.
Do I need money to buy property?
No. Investors buy the deals. You do need some budget to set up and market your business properly, and we'll cover how much on Day 1.
I've never done anything in property. Is that a problem?
No. Alasdair started with no industry background. The two days start at setup and compliance and build from there.
Where is it held?
Live on Zoom. You'll get the link by email as soon as you book, plus reminders before each day.
What if I can't make every session?
